Every year on a Monday in early June, Christian Churches United holds the annual HELP Ministries Golf Tournament. Each year, thousands of dollars are raised through golfer registrations and sponsorships. All funds raised support the HELP Ministries.

We are in need of golfers and sponsors for this year's tournament! The golfer's fee is $100 per person. This covers a cart, 18 holes of golf, lunch, and prizes. Individuals and small groups are welcome. If needed, we will put you in a foursome. This is a Team Scramble format, with an 8:30 a.m. Shotgun Start. Registration begins at 7:45 a.m.

-Two teams of golfers (total of 8 golfers) for play and lunch
-18" x 24" full color sign for display during registration, lunch, and award cermony
-11" x 8.5" landscape oriented ad (black & white) in the tournament program
