Every year, delegates from the over 140 member churches
(from Dauphin, Cumberland and Perry counties)
of Christian Churches United
are invited to represent their church at Spring Assembly.
Christian Churches United gives an accounting of the past year of
activities, services, and funds that are administered in the name of the member churches. This important business meeting allows us to keep helping the needy
with food, medication, shelter, rent, etc.
Christian Churches United of the Tri-county Area holds its annual Spring Assembly
the third Monday in May every year. The evening includes a business meeting, dinner,
and a program with speaker(s) and recognitions.

This year at Spring Assembly we are so pleased to have Reverand Jim Brown who will be retiring from Market Square Presbyterian Church in June of this year. His speech is entited "Grace and Gratitude". The theme this year will be "Thanksgiving". We will also be having a silent auction with things of service or handmade items.
The evening is an important legal meeting that enables Christian Churches United to be a registered non-profit and to pass policies and our budget. A person from every member church is asked to represent churches in Dauphin, Cumberland & Perry counties. (delegate or pastor).
