Please be aware of these COVID-19 Safety Protocols for IN PERSON Attendance (In consultation with venue):
a. In-person seating is limited to 120 guests.
b. Six people per table instead of eight to allow greater physical distancing.
c. Face masks required when not eating (i.e. required even when seated at your table before and after eating).
d. Plated food delivered to each guest (i.e. no buffet line).
e. Silent auction will be online (so that guests can bid via smart phone while seated at their table or via computer or phone if not attending in person).
f. ON NOVEMBER 9: If you have any COVID symptoms, are awaiting test results, or have been recently in close contact with a COVID positive person, please do not attend in person. Please contact us at celebrate@ccuhbg.org for a no-questions-asked refund and you will be provided with instructions for the broadcast.
