JOB OPENING: Street Homeless Rapid Rehousing Case Manager (Full-Time)

HELP Ministries is hiring a Full-Time Street Homeless Rapid Rehousing Case Manager to support homeless individuals in finding and maintaining permanent housing. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in social work or other human service field and two years’ work experience (or equivalent years of human service experience), experience working with individuals dealing with mental health and/or substance abuse challenges, and a self-starter with the ability to use technology to track client data and outcomes. This position is a mobile position and applicants must be comfortable working in a variety of environments including on the streets, in shelters and other public places.

JOB OPENING: Client Services Assistant (Part-Time)

HELP Ministries is accepting applications for a Part-Time Client Services Assistant to provide intake and eligibility assessment support for households applying for financial assistance through our office.  The successful applicant will have strong customer service and administrative skills, as well as experience in a human service setting.   Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in a human service related field is preferred.  Bi-lingual in English/Spanish also desirable.

JOB OPENING: Safe Haven Residential Support Assistant (Part-Time)

Susquehanna Harbor Safe Haven is hiring a Part Time Supportive Services Assistant. This position provides monitoring and support in a residential environment for men with a mental health diagnosis who have formerly been homeless, as well as intake services at the Safe Haven’s winter overnight program. The position averages 10 - 20 hours/week, primarily evening/2nd shift hours.
