JOB OPENING: HELP Ministries Housing Support Coordinator (Full-Time)

HELP Ministries, a program of Christian Churches United, is accepting applications for a Full-Time Housing Support Coordinator to support homeless individuals in finding and maintaining permanent housing.  This support includes both providing case management to clients as well as developing relationships with landlords to increase housing opportunities. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in social work or other human service field and two years’ work experience (or equivalent years of human service experience), experience working with individuals dealing with mental health and/or substance abuse challenges, and a self-starter with the ability to use technology to track client data and outcomes.  This position is a mobile position and applicants must be comfortable working in a variety of environments including on the streets, in shelters and other public places.    

This is an hourly position averaging at least 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility needed to work some evening hours. The position includes a comprehensive benefit package. Please submit letter of interest and resume to Leah Payne, HELP Ministries Program Manager, at lpayne@ccuhbg.org.
