Section #3: COMMITMENT OF SUPPORT FOR 2019
Your congregation’s financial, volunteer and prayer support of our programs is vital for our efforts to assist those facing poverty, homelessness or incarceration to make strides on their journey of healing toward greater stability and self-sufficiency. Regarding financial support, the following is from CCU’s constitution: “Member congregations shall submit a pledge for their fair share contribution before the beginning of the fiscal year so that budgetary priorities may be established.”

Who should our Stewardship Committee contact?

* We do not dictate the amount of support per congregation as we know each congregation is unique. For point of reference, in recent years our member congregations have contributed anywhere from $100 to $15,000 annually as partners funding this vital work. Churches are never listed in public reports, newsletter or websites in ways that individually or by grouping identify the amount given.
